Chieng' Graphics Studio is a Nairobi-based design practice covering logos, posters, flyers, cards, banners, small websites and landing pages, and presentation decks. Every brief is treated as its own project — built from scratch, not a template — so the final piece looks like nothing else on the client's feed.
"Good design isn't decoration — it's how a brand gets remembered."
— O. J. Ochieng, Founder, Chieng' Graphics Studio

"I needed a landing page to introduce myself and my music, and the result was better than I expected. It gave Feller Records a real online presence and made me look established, even this early in my career."
"I run an electronics shop and wanted a website and logo that actually looked professional online. Both came out clean and put-together — customers take the shop more seriously now that we have a proper web presence."

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern any design work commissioned from Chieng' Graphics Studio ("the Studio," "we," "us"), a Nairobi-based design practice, by any client ("you," "the Client"). By requesting a quote, sending a brief, or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
The price estimator on this site gives a ballpark range based on typical entry-level Kenyan design rates — it is not a final quote. The exact price is confirmed after we've reviewed your full brief, and may differ from the on-site estimate depending on the actual scope of work.
3. Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due before final files are handed over. Payment is accepted via M-Pesa or bank transfer, with details shared directly once your brief and price are confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, except where the Studio is unable to deliver the agreed work.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included depends on the tier selected at the quote stage: Basic (light touch-ups only), Standard (2–3 rounds), and Detailed (multiple concepts plus extra rounds). Revisions beyond what's included can be added for an additional fee, agreed in advance.
5. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 2–4 days for simple pieces (flyers, posters) and 5–10 days for logos and brand work, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is provided. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — mention your deadline in your brief.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Full ownership of the final, approved design transfers to the Client once payment is complete in full. Until final payment is received, all drafts, concepts and files remain the property of the Studio. The Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, and any content, logos, brand assets or account access needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend the agreed turnaround time.
8. Cancellations
Either party may cancel a project before work begins with no penalty. Once work has started, the deposit is retained to cover time already spent, and any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount is billed at the agreed rate.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Studio will make every reasonable effort to deliver quality work on time, but is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost business or lost revenue) arising from the use of delivered designs. The Client is responsible for ensuring final designs are properly reviewed before printing or publishing.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties before any other action is taken.
11. Changes To These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the Studio grows. The version shown on this site at the time you commission work is the version that applies to your project.
12. Questions
Reach out via the Contact section with any questions about these terms before starting a project.

1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact Chieng' Graphics Studio.
2. What Information Is Collected
This website has no server or database — the price estimator runs entirely in your own browser, and nothing you type into it is transmitted anywhere unless you choose to send it. Information is only shared with the Studio when you actively send it — for example, by tapping "Send This Brief via WhatsApp," sending an email, or calling. That information may include your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project.
3. How Information Is Used
Anything you share is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an accurate quote, and deliver the design work you've requested. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or phone are handled by those platforms directly and are subject to their own privacy policies (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta's). This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers when the page loads. This site does not use cookies or analytics tracking.
5. Data Retention
Project-related messages and files are kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the work and handle any follow-up, then may be deleted periodically.
6. Your Rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, request corrections, request deletion, and object to how it's used. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) Kenya if you believe your data has been mishandled.
7. Children's Privacy
This site and its services are intended for adults commissioning design work, not children.
8. Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated as the Studio grows. The version shown on this site at any given time is the version that applies.
